When the furniture was first delivered, the wrong furniture was sent, contacted the seller, explained what was wrong, and furniture was exchanged no problem. When the original order was delivered, it came flat pack, which was a bit of a surprise but not a problem. Sofas all built all built and placed in garden, only minor issue is that the 2 sofa's don't bolt together which allows them to move freely, I have got extra bolts x4 and drilled frames to join sofas together. Experience of dealing with the company was good and would recommend them to anyone considering buying this type of furniture.

One box out of three missing. Three cushions the wrong colour and size. Arm corners damaged. Rust stains. Frame and plastic strip very poor quality, some of it looks like it was dragged across a gravel path. Covers mark very easily and have already colour faded. Left a card by driver but the phone number you call automatically hangs up. You cannot speak to anyone. Mail contact is unsatisfactory and what response you do get does not make sense. Have everything crossed that you get a correct delivery because if anything goes wrong you will be left high and dry.

It took myself and my husband a couple of hours to assemble these two sofas and two stools, but the table comes ready assembled. The instructions were clear and relatively straightforward, but it is definitely a two person job! Once assembled, they look fantastic and are of a very good quality, particularly given the price. The cushions are deep and comfortable too and there's plenty of space for six people. I have knocked a star off because the cushions are so light that they stain really easily (although are washable). Definitely recommend.

I am pleased with the rattan and cushions covers. However the cushion fillings both seat and back are poor quality and flatten so easily which makes it uncomfortable and out of shape. Disappointing.
