Terms and conditions of the sale
1. The buyer must please send payment within 7 days of purchase.
2. I do not cancel bids, no exceptions.
3. According to eBay policy, it's the responsibility of the buyer to retract a bid before the auction ends.
4. If the auction ended and the highest/winning bidder chooses not to pay for it, I will be forced to follow eBay's policy by opening an unpaid dispute, in order to recover our listing, stocking and final value fees.
5. If the customer has already paid and then decides they don't want it anymore, I will NOT charge a fee of the total payment, in order to recover all my fees and costs involved in processing, preparing, packing and stocking/re-stocking the order.

The buyer must guarantee that aircraft and other military parts purchased will not be sent to any of the following export regulated countries:
 
Libya, Lebanon, Somalia, Belarus, Sudan, North Korea, Iraq, Yemen, Myanmar, Liberia, Zimbabwe, Balkans, Cote D'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Syria.
 
Airworthiness has to be determined by a certified & recognised authority as unless otherwise stated our aircraft parts are not certified airworthy and should not be installed or used on aircraft prior to inspection & certification. We cannot be held liable for the usage of any aircraft related parts that we sell. The buyer assumes all risk and responsibility when purchasing our these parts.

    Extremely nice and friendly seller. Thanks for the private combined listing and the small rebate on that. Also included a little type plate for a RB199 exhaust part as gift. The items are as described - the NAV MODE and COMMs heavily used, but they were like that on the photos. The undercarriage lever came and type plate in their respective trade package. Satisfied as always!
