These really help block out extraneous noise. The earbuds with no sound on are as good as most earplugs in blocking sound, add the sounds and the effect is brilliant. They are a little awkward to insert the first couple of times but it gets much easier. There are a variety of sounds to suit personal preference and type of noise, they are not necessarily an accurate depiction of the name but created sounds designed to enable sleep. The neat charging case works well and is easily popped into luggage. The app is easy to use- possibly the real downside to these earbuds is that they are totally dependent on a smartphone but it would be difficult to get the small size and low weight if there were controls on the buds.

Unlike other Bose products the ability to connect the buds to your phone is frustratingly hit and miss, not great when you are just about to go to sleep. Lack of any other features or options mean I wish I had just bought some normal ear buds or noise cancelling ear buds and played sleep tracks through those. In my opinion avoid there are better choices

The Bose Sleep Buds has extreme problems connecting via Bluetooth to my iPhone 12. I spend more time resetting and trying to pair the "buds" than what I have actually used them! For a "brand name" that is meant to be quality, this product has been very disappointing; I could have bought a cheap pair of ear buds that would have less trouble connecting via Bluetooth. Out of 10 I would give the product a 2 as it fails on its most basic task.

Product itself is good, however Bose has revoked this product from the market since it's not working properly at all times. I have bought it on purpose knowing this, but every other buyer should be aware that this product is buggy, before they buy it.

Can’t believe how well these work, the choice of sounds is varied and are definitely relaxing ( not you can’t use your own music etc they are 😴buds not gym buds). The noise cancellation is brilliant, couldn’t hear neighbours children screaming in pool/garden, I’m normally a very light sleeper who is disturbed easily. You don’t even feel them in use. Love the alarm facility and fact they have to be put in charger to ‘snooze’ by which time you don’t want to snooze.
