We are based in UK. All items are shipped from our warehouse in the south of England.

If you miss the courier, they will leave a card. Please contact them as soon as possible to arrange either collecting your order from their depot or to arrange a redelivery.
 
What do I do if my order turns up damaged?
All our products are sent in a secure packaging. We check all our products before we send them, all our products are shipped in 100% perfect condition. You MUST check the item BEFORE you sign for it. If you receive your item in anything less than perfect condition you must sign for the package as "damaged" and notify us within 24 hours by eBay message. If you do not sign for the package as damaged and contact us within 24 hours of signing for your order, we cannot be held responsible for any damages to your item.     Great product.

    These wind deflectors for my Discovery 4 are great quality, stylish and help reduce wind noise. Having had Range Rovers before my Discovery i noticed a little more wind noise in the car, when i saw these and read the reviews i thought i would give them a go. They are so easy to fit and do the job perfectly. These are much better than the ones that fit in the window channel as those ones from past experience do not seal properly, create more wind noise and actually scratch the glass. I highly recommend these and are great value with a very fast delievry. Thank you Darren.

    Wind deflectors

    After reviving the item extremely well packaged I was very dubious about them being fixed on with double sided sticky tape but my fears were in founded since fitting them I have done over a thousand motorway miles,the car was on an outside deck of a ferry where they got battered with wind and sea water, the car has been through at least six car washes with the twirly brushes and they are still secure The only thing I did different was clean the surface it was being stuck to with nail varnish remover and they have been an excellent addition to the car I would recommend them to anyone
