COMBINED P&P: please buy all items (add to basket) then request a revised invoice before paying (this is needed
 
even for variations from within one listing). Request our combined postage instructions via message fro more
 
details.
 
If you want to delay dispatch, then delay payment because, once paid for, items are processed and can’t be
 
delayed/combined retrospectively. Anything paid for before being bundled with other things via a revised
 
invoice will enter the system for picking/packing and will be processed ASAP on it's own and without reference
 
to any other items unless buyer requests cancellation before dispatch.
Buying a range of items separately and then requesting a refund of some P&P doesn't work for us as it incurs
 
irrecoverable costs, too much work and also ambiguity on tracking, insurance, partial returns etc.
 
Items whose P&P is paid for individually won't qualify for any later refund on the basis that items may have
 
been (or could have been) sent together. Buyer accepts all responsability for making sure they combine items
 
for psotage as this is within their control, not ours

A) In practice, most items arrive well before the agreed *ETA time-window (99%+ items go in 2 working days),
 
however this is not actually to be expected as we fully reserve the right to use the whole ETA time window
 
without notice or explanation. On occasion we WILL need to use that time, so expect that might happen with YOUR
 
transaction.
 
 
B) In buying an item, The buyer agrees that the only commitment we have with them is to deliver that item
 
before the end of the *ETA time-window (as agreed in the listing specifics). The buyer agrees that no other
 
time frames or expectations have been implied or are relevant and that immediate dispatch has not been promised
 
and so is not to be expected.
 
*The “ETA time-window” is the estimated time of arrival. The end date of that time window is the first time
 
at which an item may be considered to be late. The “ETA time-window” is clearly displayed as part of the
 
listing (in the payment and postage tab) and constitutes part of the agreement of the transaction, this
 
information is available to the buyer before purchase AND IS AGREED BY THE BUYER UPON PURCHASE. The The “ETA
 
time-window” can be seen after purchase by visiting the order details.
 
 
 
C) The buyer agrees that, as long as we fulfill our commitment to them (to deliver that item before the end of
 
the *ETA time-window), we are free use our own time as we see fit without notice, explanation or justification.
 
 
 
D) UK items go either 48 hour courier (Parcel Station, 171 Newbridge Lane SK1 2NX, 0161 477 9800) or first
 
class post. Overseas items always go by Royal Mail.
 
 
 
E) We don't do any emergency/special posting by bumping up dispatch time or by changing the service used. If
 
you want something earlier, then please buy it earlier.
 
 
 
F) Exact cost P&P price for all items through areas is too hard to set up and requires constant maintenance, so
 
for simplicity we operate just a few flat rates for postage. It’s set at roughly the right amount, not exact
 
cost price (lower postage cost would only necessitate higher item costs to offset that anyway, so it’s all the
 
same)Please make yourself aware of P&P costs before buying and gree that postage cost stated may not reflect
 
the exact postage cost. The buyer understand and agrees that P&P does not reflect the exact postal amount,
 
buyers will only buy an item if the item cost & postage cost, (as a complete amount) are to their liking.
 
 
 
G) It is understood by the buyer that we do not engage in any partial refunds, if an item is not right then it
 
is returned for a full refund unused within the correct time frame.
 
 
 
H) The buyer agrees that all returns will be made through the ebay returns process. Buyer agrees to open all
 
returns upon a truthful basis and understand that once a reason has been given for a return, this can't be
 
modified and another reteun cannot be opened. If a buyer opens a return on a false basis, then we will not
 
accpet the return, and the onus will be on the buyer to sort things out and get that right.
 
 
 
I) Buyer agrees with ebay's policy that online documentation from a postal company that includes all of the
 
following:
A status of “delivered” (or equivalent) and the date of delivery.
The recipient’s address, showing at least the city/county or postcode (or international equivalent).
Signature Confirmation for transactions that total £750 or more
will constitute a satisfactory proof of delivery.
 
 
 
J) We are not equipped to provide any technical support on using ebay's or payapal's website, we don't don't
 
run the sites and are not able, or allowed, to enter into discussions of how to operate your account within
 
these websites. Buyer agrees to contact ebay/paypal regarding any questions they have.
 
 
 
K) DO NOT "shoot first and ask questons later"!
Buyer agrees to set their expectations according to the listing details and satisfy themself before buying and
 
understand that we are not able to satisfy expectations that run beyond what is detailed.
If any buyer implies that they are going to assert expectations that run beyond what was agreed within the
 
listing (including attempts by the buyer to micro-manage our time or to extract extra commitments from us or to
 
assert an earlier date of delivery), we will assume that the buyer no longer agrees with our terms. We will
 
respond to this as if the buyer is making a request for us to cancel. We will immediately withdraw from any
 
current (and future) transactions with that buyer.
 
 
 
L) PICKUP ITEMS : Cash on delivery. All items will be inspected there and then and any buyer taking an item off
 
the premises will be deemed to have inspected it fully and to their satisfaction. Any problems will be
 
mentioned before taking. If a third party is picking an item up and inspecting it on behalf of the buyer, we
 
suggest the buyer makes sure that they are qualified to do this – but to send someone not-qualified to make a
 
proper inspection is the buyer's prerogative . Forgoing of this inspection for any reason (weather, time,
 
ability etc.) is buyer’s prerogative and deemed as an acceptance of the item.
 
All visits to collect an item must be made directly including a time and date, buyer must confirm on the
day just before setting off (and await a return communication from me), otherwise we might not be in.
Be aware that just messaging me letting me know that you are coming around is not an agreement from me to be there.
 
 
 
M) RETURNS: if you need to return, that's fine if you'd like to open a return in ebay within the returns' time window >
from drop down against the item in the purchased list >more actions >return this item >(then please choose the CORRECT reason.
 
please be VERY, VERY careful at this point- returns opened on an incorrect basis are very difficult to resolve,
 
you cannot amend, edit or re-open a return once you have locked in that decision - and any returns opened upon
 
a seller-fault basis when that is not the case will have to be refused, ebay is not set up for rectifying any
 
mistakes made on this matter. PLEASE, PLEASE choose the correct reason for returning - I can't stress this
 
enough.
 
 
The system will open a return and give the address and print a postage label for you. Please return the item as
 
it was sent out - including any retailing packing it might have had so we can restock the item.
 
 
Overseas returns must be marked 'personal belongings' and 'return to country of origin'on customs label- we
 
cannot accept the return from the carrier if it has import tax attached, so please be very specific on the
 
customs form that an item is being returned to it's owner. It's the buyer's responsibility to make sure that no
 
tax is due on that returned item. - ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE UPS PLEASE (I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY OVERSEAS
 
RETURNS FROM THEM).
